POSITION SUMMARY: Review new loan submissions in accordance with all regulatory and investor guidelines. Responsible for generating loan packages for distribution to client. Open, process and review all incoming documentation in a timely fashion. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review new loan submissions on daily basis for accuracy input from loan officers Review AUS for accuracy against all supporting documentation in the file. Resubmit to AUS if applicable. Maintain data integrity of system data fields Calculate income and complete an Income Analysis for all borrowers current employment Verifying all documentations to include but not limit to tax return, Preliminary Title, Escrow documents, Flood Certification, Home Owners Insurance, Homes Association or Condo documents, Appraisal, and Initial Disclosures, for accuracy and completeness Prepare file for submission to Underwriter and clearing all conditions Review lock-in requests and contact borrower for review of terms and or float/lock Generate loan package in accordance with all regulatory requirements for delivery to client Order all third party services Manage customer relationships effectively, including, but not limited to, borrowers, loan officers, vendors, attorneys, title companies and internal partners Manage loans in pipeline effectively to ensure deadlines are met within purchase contract requirements, interest rate lock expiration of within time lines established by management.
