Administrative Assistant- Desired applicant should have no more than 4 years of experience! RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare correspondence, and other documents as requested. - Receive and review all incoming correspondence and route as appropriate based on priority. - Prepare and distribute reports and information to management. - Answers phones in a professional manner and handles as appropriate based on the situation. - Maintains CEO schedule including daily planning, coordinating meetings, and arranging for travel. - Creating and maintaining project related binders and file folders. - Filing of insurance, payroll, financial, project related, and certified payroll documents. - Attends meetings with or on behalf of CEO and takes minutes. Must have the ability carefully proof work and ensure proper format use. - Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and present a professional image both in person and over the phone. - Must be organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. - Must present a professional image, maintain a positive attitude, be a self-starter, take initiative, be dependable and take pride in work product. - Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
