Adecco is currently hiring a customer service representative within the accounts receivable department of a growing organization. Duties include answering questions regarding payment schedules, lease agreements, past due payments, property tax, purchase options, etc. In addition to inbound calls and customer support this position is responsible for preparing collection letters, maintaining accurate notes, scanning proof of insurance, and other special projects. Job Requirements: •Exceptional organizational, customer service, and time management skills. •Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and internet navigation. •Interpersonal skills to represent a high level of professionalism when relating to lessees and third party entities. •Accounts receivable knowledge and experience is preferred. •Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
