Able to perform a variety of tasks needed to monitor and adjust the process to improve throughput. Monitor equipment and process status for new products and new installations. Able to perform routine cleaning and non-routine maintenance with adherence to all safety policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Monitors and adjust the process to improve the throughput. Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the equipment while adhering to all safety procedures. (95%) 2. Performs routine cleaning and clearing of equipment jams. Performs non-routine maintenance, including clearing of jams. May assist with PMs. (5%). QUALIFICATIONS 1. High School Degree or equivalent 2. 5+ years maintenance or engineering experience with high volume production line environment, continuous operation preferred. General knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the following areas: Process improvement, Line knowledge, PLC systems, electro/mechanical devices, robotic/servo systems, safety devices, equipment installation, debug and qualification, control circuitry development, electro-mechanical troubleshooting/repair, equipment prototyping, production start-up, equipment process development and mechanical devices, controller, mechanical parts design, tooling experience, materials/metal working, and mechanical power transmission. 3.
