We are currently looking for a Patient Access Representative to join our Call Center team in Ewa Beach, HI. **Only LOCAL Candidates will be considered and contacted for this role. No relocation available for this position. Job Responsibilities: The Patient Access Representative Call Center is responsible for the scheduling and registration of Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery patients. Must use effective customer service skills in a fast paced environment, the Patient Access Representative will handle patients, family and friends in an efficient and courteous manner. The Patient Access Representative must also demonstrate concern and empathy to the patients, family and friends, while offering information and directions to visitors, and maintain a professional and competent appearance while closely interacting with a variety of professionals including physicians and medical staff. The individual will perform other clerical or cashiering duties as assigned or required.
