JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist, Product supports the Apparel and Facility Services Rental Product management function to provide product support and knowledge to the US and Canadian field organizations . The major objective for the Marketing Specialist, Product is to oversee the New Item Request Process and be a key field contact for Apparel and Facility Services product requests and information. The Marketing Specialist, Product works very closely with vendors, Procurement, National Accounts, Field Sales and Service, Operations and Manufacturing organizations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - New Item (Product) Request Process Daily - Intake of New (Product) Item Requests (NIR) from Field Sales and Service Organization. Daily - Log, Document NIR’s to provide tracking and analysis. Daily - Review NIR’s with Procurement. Review for existing product line fit. Assist Procurement with finding product solutions that marketing deems customer acceptable. Weekly - Set-up NIRs Monthly - Review NIR history for product trend information.
