We are working with a client in Montgomery County, MD who seeks an experienced UI developer to join the team. Our client is growing, and taking their business to the next level. This candidate will participate in the entire life-cycle of product development. Day to day responsibilities will include: Implementing web-based features using various programming technologies, such as JSP, CSS, JavaScript, Struts, and Ajax. Assist with the design and development of upcoming features and product versions. Working with a team of developers to design and implement effective and scalable technical solutions. Requirements: A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required. 1-3+ years developing consumer-facing websites and applications. Good sense of elegant and usable web UI, with hands-on experience coding JSP, CSS, Javascript, and Struts. Knowledge of Ajax, jQuery, and RESTful services is a plus. Knowledge of session management, object relational mapping, object caching, XML/JSON web services, and agile development methodologies desired. The position has the primary responsibility of driving the food safety systems of the plant by developing, modifying, and maintaining the plant?s HACCP, SSOP, and regulatory programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for the production of safe and wholesome food. 1. Perform a risk assessment of each process and develop the critical control points that will be monitored to assure the production of safe and wholesome food products. 2. Lead the plant HACCP team and train the employees in the monitoring and verifying the Critical Control points. 3. Manage the Pre-shipment review control program to ensure all the requirements of the HACCP program are met and documented before releasing product to ship. 4. Develop a complete SSOP program to ensure the plant is maintained in a sanitary condition at all times. 5. Train all employees in the requirements of the HACCP, SSOP, and Food Safety prerequisite programs and audit documentation to ensure compliance. 6. Reassess both the HACCP and SSOP programs at least annually and modify based on new and emerging knowledge that impacts the risk assessment. 7.
