We are currently in need of a responsible and conscientious person to be the Operations Supervisor for Brunswick?s Columbia Lanes located in Columbia, MD. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing input to the General Manager on all Center operations as well as handling regular counter control duties. This position is the key position in the center operation in the absence of the General Manager. Duties & Responsibilities:• Performs Counter Control duties as assigned, including lane-to-lane solicitation and special promotions• Assists in hiring decisions and training of new hourly employees• Provides work direction to other employees on required tasks• Ensures customers receive prompt, efficient, courteous service.
