We are searching for 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing production machining equipment. This position requires experience diagnosing, installing and repairing electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience troubleshooting machine controls, drive motors, servo drives, sensors, prox switches, limit systems, mechanical systems, spindle bearings, hydraulics and pneumatics. Candidates who worked around production machine tools such as cnc lathes, line transfer machines, rotary transfer machines, Index transfer machines, flexible machining centers, multi spindle lathes, screw machines, multiple spindle automatics, broaching and/or threading machines. Past experience troubleshooting and debugging electro mechanical systems, manual machine tools, machine controls, PLC, motors, panels, bearing and ware parts. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read layouts, diagrams and schematics. Knowledge of power distribution, wiring, electrical and various electro / mechanical machine components is a must. This isnt a role for a Project Manager but for a STRONG HANDS-ON LEADER who wants to jump in and lead a smaller group not only through SAP integrations but deployments, configurations, rollouts and support focusing on three major modules, FICO, SD and MM among others in the Global Support process for all SAP environments worldwide.
