Works with in a structured workflow process and follows our procedures for handling disputed accounts. . Exercise independent judgment in researching disputed balances and negotiating compromises. . Successfully manage portfolio or queue assigned on a day to day basis with minimal backlogs. Qualifications: . Associate or Vocational degree plus 2-4 years collection experience, or High School diploma with 7-9 years collection experience, or 4 year college degree with appropriate work experience .
