We have an immediate need for a SENIOR SCHEDULING ENGINEER II JOB DESCRIPTION Supervises schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities for small to medium size projects. Supports project organizational and administrative activities. Supervises the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan. Establishes milestones for the total project and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling. Supports development of scheduling standards and procedures. The Senior Planner/Scheduling Engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Engineering and Procurement Schedules utilizing Primavera. Detailed schedule development duties include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration and establishing the proper work flow logic ties. Routine analysis and work around option planning along with interface coordination with the construction scheduler will be required. Other duties include input to the Monthly Progress Report and issuance of the weekly schedule analysis report. Additional duties include supervision of the implementation and maintenance of the Engineering Progress and Performance (EPP) system using ePCWorks software. Provides staffing plans for planning and scheduling activities JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Leadership skills, supervisory skills, and the ability to adapt project controls principles into a multi-company environment are essential.
