Seasoned Loan Officers Need to be able to close 24+ loans a year, ideally 60+ Projected volume of loans in the millions $1-10MM (we request a W2 from the prior year to help determine pay structure) MUST be licensed either nationally or state 100% commission based salary Compensation: We customize compensation for every loan officer based on production history. An LO can meet with their respective branch manager, walk through their typical month, and help set their pricing structure and pay structure. This is vague but the beauty of it is that it is custom based on individuals history. This pay structure that is determined by both the loan officer and branch manager can be adjusted on a quarterly basis, also. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for quality and continuous improvement within the job scope. Responsible for all actions/responsibilities as described in company controlled documentation for this position. Contributes to and supports the corporation's quality initiatives by planning, communicating, and encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation's quality improvement efforts. Works to contain health care costs and maintain high quality social service follow up. Promotes alternative care programs and researches available options including costs and appropriate patient placement. Recommends, coordinates and educates providers and patients on alternative care options. Maintains an active role in assuring the continuity for patients through assisting Case Managers with early discharge planning and working with Case Managers in the early identification of potential discharge issues, potential home care candidates and potential long term care patients.
