From the immense amount of data within the Church, there comes a great need for one who can convert that data into relevant, accurate, and timely information. Responsibilities: 20% - Interacts with department leadership, engineering and operations managers to identify and define the key performance measures and make them understood and actively used at all levels throughout the Infrastructure Services to manage day-to-day activities and all operations. 30% - Manages gathering, analysis, and reporting of operational and financial performance data for Infrastructure Services. Is familiar with industry benchmarks and compares these to internal performance data. 25% - Takes the lead role in analyzing performance data and developing recommendations with department leadership, engineering and operations managers for strategic responses and future strategic direction. 10% - Coordinates the annual planning for the department, which includes: performance commitments, identifying initiatives, and resources needed. 15% - Coordinates with managers, engineers and Business Intelligence resources to ensure that the necessary data for reporting key performance measures is captured in a reporting tool.
