The primary dutied and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for accountability on all projects, that proper communication is maintained with the appropriate contacts and that there is continued increase of knowledge. - Maintain production, QA and development web environments to ensure these environments are up to date, stable, secure, and highly available. - Ensure proper access rights are in place for the web servers and web support servers. - Follow the corporate patching procedures to ensure security patches are installed in a timely manner. - Stay current with technological changes and anticipate future needs. - Follow best practice in configuration and design of the web environment. - Research and recommend web environment related tools, software, or hardware which would help the organization to meet it?s business goals. - Support the change management software. - Should be able to configure advanced web technologies such as web services, JMS/MQ connection factories, and EJB?s. The most qualified candidates will possess the following: - 3-5 years experience working as a Web Administrator. - Experience working with project teams - Experience working within a Linux environment - Working knowledge of IBM Websphere, JBOSS, or Eclipse. - Ability to work with minimal supervision and accountable to goal dates. - Strong oral and written communication skills. Maintenance Technician- I am currently recruiting for a second shift Maintenance Technician for an outstanding company in Whitewater. •Develops a working knowledge of facility/maintenance needs using measuring diagnostic instruments to trouble-shoot/verify repair equipment problems in accordance with OSHA Lock-out, Tag-out procedures, and will source vendors to complete skilled or warranty repairs. •Performs TPM on all production machinery, schedules and files maintenance reports for equipment history. •Purchases parts inventory for equipment and facility. •Will perform maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, small machines, heating systems and plumbing. •Repairs and replaces parts on mechanical equipment. •Repairs buildings, constructs bins, shop benches, and partitions. •Repairs and replaces electrical switches, small motor controls, fuses, lighting equipment, and installs drop cords. •Performs all assigned work to rig; move and install small machines, and equipment.
